The other machine that Hi-Tech has bought to the market is the super high-speed overlock sewing machine 900 series which has recently been developed by Zoje Sewing Machine Co. with several self-owned national patents. The machine is apt at overlap and ornamental stitches on various types of knits, woven, denim and home furnishing. It has an optimized design, higher rotational speed, and an ergonomically-designed model meant for easier and comfortable operations. The machine has a totally enclosed type direct-drive needle bar which puts an end to the dust invasion and oil leakage and reduces the abrasive damage. The machine in this series are equipped with the up-to-date patented presser foot whose independent fabric hold-down piece can be adjusted as per the changes in cup-seaming width so that the edge curling can be effectively avoided during high-speed sewing operations.The machine is also equipped with an HR silicone oil device which can effectively reduce the needle temperature and a forced oil return device to avoid oil leakage.The machines of this series run at the maximum RPM of 8500 and are available in 14 models, along with numerous optional attachments.
