Seamless ERP by Exilant is an integrated ERP solution having modules covering Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Planning, Production, Shipment and Banking (Business operation modules) and is integrated with Finance and HRMS modules. The difference being, all these modules are closely integrated with one another and hence live data is available in the system at any given point of time. “Seamless ERP is a web based solution and no matter where you are located, you can have instantaneous access to the system over the internet, be it for decision making or for carrying out your day-to-day activities,” says Rajesh Dwivedi, Manager Business Development, Exilant.

For any web-based cloud application, the security of the users’ data becomes the prime concern and to ensure the users, Exilant provides 3 levels of security for the users’ data. The first level is the User level security, where every user is given a unique login ID and password to access the cloud environment, ensuring access only to authorized persons. The second is the Infrastructure level security, protection through Firewalls, capable of protecting both individual computers and Cloud environment (corporate networks) from hostile intrusion from the internet. The third and most stringent is the Network security level, where HTTPS protocols are used to access the cloud environment. “HTTPs is more secure way of sending request to server from a client; also the communication is purely encrypted which means no one can know what you are looking for. Similar kind of protocol is used for accessing those websites where security is required like banking websites, payment gateway and corporate sector websites,” adds Rajesh.

The company prides itself on developing its Seamless ERP with a close watch on the way apparel business is carried out with special focus to its intricacies. “Its highly configurable and flexible designs suit the requirements of the customer,” adds Rajesh. However, Exilant is always open to bring in essential changes to their systems to suit the needs of their customers.

The time frame required for implementation and training is highly dependent upon the size & setup of the organization and the nature of its end-users; it is also critical for attaining control over the costs. The participation of the top management of the organization which plays a vital role in helping the organization goes through the transition period and takes up the alterations in the management process successfully. “Keeping in mind that most companies implementing ERP in India are first generation users, we have been constantly re-inventing our implementation methodology to shorten the implementation time-frame as well as to make it effective,” avers Rajesh. Seamless is supported by Exilant’s unique philosophy of being long term partners to their clients and has earned them the unshaken faith of Fortune 500 companies across the globe.
